1. About BabySorted
BabySorted is a product comparison and aggregation website. We collect and display baby product listings from third-party UK retailers to help parents compare products and prices. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, hold stock, or process payments.

4. Outlet and refurbished products
Some products listed on BabySorted are outlet, pre-owned, or refurbished items sold by retailers. These are clearly labelled where we have this information. We strongly recommend checking the retailer's own product page for full condition details, returns policies, and warranty information before purchasing any non-new item.
5. No purchase contract with BabySorted
Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the relevant retailer, not BabySorted. We are not party to that transaction. Disputes regarding orders, deliveries, returns, or product quality must be resolved directly with the retailer.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) apply to your relationship with the retailer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, BabySorted is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information displayed.

BabySorted contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk.
